The DPO acts as a communication channel between PCA, personal data subjects, and the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), assisting in handling requests related to privacy and data protection.

 

Requests That Can Be Submitted

Through this channel, the data subject may request, when applicable:

  • Confirmation of the Existence of Personal Data Processing;
  • Access to Personal Data Processed by the Organization;
  • Correction of Incomplete, Inaccurate, or Outdated Data;
  • Information About Personal Data Sharing;
  • Withdrawal of Previously Granted Consent;
  • Anonymization, Blocking, or Deletion of Data, in Cases Provided for by Law;
  • Clarifications Regarding the Processing of Personal Data Carried Out by PCA;
  • Reporting of Incidents Related to Privacy and Data Protection.

 

Requester Identification

To ensure the security and protection of personal data, PCA may request additional information to verify the identity of the requester before processing certain requests.

This measure aims to prevent unauthorized access and ensure that data is disclosed exclusively to the respective data subject or their duly authorized legal representative.

 

Processing of Request Data

When submitting a request through this channel, the data provided will be used exclusively for:

  • Identification and Authentication of the Requester;
  • Processing of the Submitted Request;
  • Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Obligations Related to the LGPD;
  • Registration and Tracking of Submitted Requests.

The data will be processed in accordance with PCA's Privacy and Data Protection Policy and the provisions of applicable legislation.

 

Response Time

Requests will be reviewed and answered within the deadlines established by applicable legislation, considering the nature of the request and the need to validate the identity of the requester.
